Do you know where coffee beans come from?

Coffee berries are picked, dried and stripped down until all that is left is a green bean.  Once shipped, the beans are roasted to about 260C.  After a few minutes, the bean will "pop" and double in size.  A few minutes after that, the bean will "pop" once more.  The second pop means the bean is done.

At Twiggs, we roast beans from many parts of the world to create our own Twiggs house blend and other blends.  Twiggs only roasts Fair Trade Organic beans to provide the best coffee.  Our roasters are used daily to fullfill the demand for our great coffee!
